disposition de tiers ou de membres de la famille.\n<ul>\n \t<li><strong>Libert\u00e9 du propri\u00e9taire\u00a0:<\/strong> il reste ma\u00eetre de son bien, conserve la libert\u00e9 de choisir son locataire et peut r\u00e9silier le contrat en cas de probl\u00e8me.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Patrimoine\u00a0:<\/strong> la location permet de conserver le patrimoine pour les h\u00e9ritiers tout en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant un revenu locatif utile au financement du bien.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Transmission\u00a0:<\/strong> un bail en cours est h\u00e9rit\u00e9. Les h\u00e9ritiers pourront toutefois le r\u00e9silier s\u2019ils souhaitent occuper le logement eux-m\u00eames.<\/li>\n \t<li><strong>Gestion\u00a0:<\/strong> rester propri\u00e9taire permet de conserver la ma\u00eetrise des d\u00e9cisions (travaux, r\u00e9novations, d\u00e9lais).
